ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Once you confirm an order with us, here is what you need to know.

  • All local orders are usually shipped out the next day if received on a business day.

  • Orders placed during public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Paypal payment method is currently experimental, If you can, please use other type of payment method such as Gcash and bank transfers.

  • We use J&T shipping courier to ship local nationwide, you will be given a tracking number to trace your order as it makes its way to you.

  • For further questions about ordering or an order already placed, text us or email filipinochopshop@gmail.com and quote your order/invoice number.


CHANGES & CANCELLATION

  • Orders in the processing stage can be modified or cancelled. Please call us immediately or email filipinochopshop@gmail.com We will try our best to make changes but cannot guarantee we can catch it in time.

  • Orders that have been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.

  • If you wish to return a product due to change of heart, you may do so immediately upon receiving the order and contacting us for a replacement/refund. Change of heart returns in brand new or 2nd hand condition will be subject to a 20% to 80% restocking fee based on shop assessment on damages (if any), and the original shipping fees will not be refunded. You will also be responsible for return shipping fee. So be sure you are ordering what you want!

In the case of any disputes, Filipino Chop Shop reserves the right of final decision on all matters relating to this transactions and any relevant offer(s), which shall be binding on all the parties concerned.
